ETA Announces Finalists for TRANSACT Payments Pitch-Off
The winner of the pitch-off will be awarded the $25,000 E-Pay Innovation Award at TRANSACT
Washington, D.C. – The Electronic Transactions Association (ETA), the global trade association representing the payments technology world, today announced the TRANSACT Payments Pitch-Off, a shark tank-style competition that will take place live on the TRANSACT show floor on Thursday, May 11. Sponsored by Vantiv, the competition will award $25,000 to the start-up company demonstrating the best payments innovation. A group of leading payments VCs selected the top 10 applicants. The event takes place at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, May 10-12, 2017. Registration at the best available rates is open through May 5, at www.etatransact.com.

Payments Pitch-Off competitors must demonstrate innovation, clarity of vision, and market opportunity. One inspiring winner will be selected as the E-Pay Innovation Award winner, receiving $25,000 to launch their game-changing solution. Recent winners include eThor in 2015 and Forter in 2016.
